Why Only Five Products Available?
This is a fantastic question and one we expected. The platform we have chosen to market our products initially only allows us to display five products and one photo each until we can upgrade.
As lackluster as this may seem to a customer, it is extremely generous to those of us in the business world. So please be patient with us while we break into the industry and expand as our business grows.
We may try to provide an alternate catelogue in the future to browse while we work on upgrading.
Caring for Your Jewelry
First of all thank you for your interest in our jewelry! Our jewelry is made to the highest quality standards but still needs to be protected like anything precious to us.
- It is important to keep your jewelry dry, its not going to melt if it gets wet but moisture can cause metals to rust and glass to become less clear. It is not recommended to swim in your earrings. These pieces are meant for more elegant occasions and every day wear.
- Avoid hard impact situations. Playing sports or going to a wild concert may not be the best enviornment for your new jewelry.
- If your earrings need cleaning a jewelry specific cleaner is recommended or a small amount of rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth. Allow jewelry to dry completely.
Payment Options
We have Paypal and Stripe available to purchase our products through, both safe and trusted payment processers. Stripe is for credit cards and Paypal is for those who prefer not to use credit cards directly.
Shipping & Handling
For your convenience and affordability our products all include free shipping. We ship all over the world and all products recieve a tracking number. Shipping times are estimated 30 days or less.
If you are in need of a much faster shipping time please contact us and we can upgrade your shipping. Please note we do not offer free shipping for orders that require a faster shipping time due to the much higher cost of delivery.
Refund & Return Policy
At this time we do not offer refunds however if your order is damaged upon delivery we will send you a replacement. If you are unhappy with your product feel free to contact us and we will work together to solve the issue at hand.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are very confident in our ability to get your order to you and have never had a package go missing yet, but we do realize these things happen.
We are not responsible for the package after it leaves our hands but we have compiled a few steps we believe will help should this ever happen to you.
If for some reason you believe your package is lost or stolen please follow the steps below.
1. Check with your neighbor, the item may have been delievered to the wrong house.
2. Check with your mail carrier, the package may have gotten mixed up in transport.
3. If you still cannot find your package please head to the nearest police station and file a stolen items report.
We will help however we can but please understand due to the large trend of mail fraud we cannot offer refunds.
Privacy Policy
Our company does not store or sell any information that may be collected for the purposes of getting your order processed and to you.
Past orders will be logged for record keeping only. We never keep credit card numbers, addresses or phone numbers.
All payments get processed through Stripe or Paypal. For more information on their record keeping please refer to their websites. If you have more questions concerning our processes you can contact us on our contact page.
Hours of Operation
We take orders 24/7 however we are a Shabbat observing company and will not process orders from friday sundown to saturday sundown.
